2020 Scholarship recipient in partnership with Business & Professional Women of the Upper Keys. Devin, a conch(born in Key West), grew up in Key Largo. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science & Policy from Florida State University. Devin holds a Senior Planner position with the county Environmental Resources Department. To further her career, she requested a scholarship for her Master’s in Public Administration, which she completed in 2021.
